All about Rocksmith and Uplay
Well I have installed Rocksmith on the gaming console of mine. I am not having any issue with DRM. The industry is free which can make use of the DRM which you wanted to use and I am subtract from the Price and I am ready to pay for their product for the frustrating DRM. Let me know about the speculation of yours on this particular matter. Thanks a lot in advance.

Well so far there is no relevant information regarding the compatablity between this particular game and Uplay. Uplay is quite different than that of the DRM which you are supposed to refer. It is a free service which is available to you with the certain games. You can use this particular service which will provide to unlock all the content without paying for the same.
Whenever you are supposed to play Uplay enabled game you will be able to collect points by completing the action within the game as you will be able to get the achievements and trophies. You will be able to use those points to unlock the content for the Uplay enabled the games of yours.

If Uplay is optional then tell me how to deactivate the account of the game? I think I will lose 40$ due to this particular copy protection of the game.

I wanted to tell you that the Uplay will not require the constant connection and you will be able to earn the rewards when you are supposed to play the game into Offline mode. However you will require to connect to Uplay to update the profile with the newly earned actions as well as redeem the rewards. This particular software is into the beta phase so some of the functions are not available.

Well you will be able to earn the points and simply spent across any of the Uplay enabled game. redeeming the points for the content does need to sign up to Uplay.
