ZOTAC NVIDIA: Difficult to download program from internet

Difficult to download program from internet
I would like to know how can I download the programs or any file from net.
I have the computer at home whose configuration is Pentium-4 2.6Ghz, 256 RAM, Intel 846 GAV, windows XP Home Edition. When I surffing on the internet I would never find the problem. But when I am going to download something I found it difficult. I don't understand why I am getting the problem. Is there anyone who can help me?

Hi,
I guess you had downloaded and tried the firefox browser.
That helps you to download relible and provides high fast downloading from internet.
And you can also check you had not changed the browser settings to restrict the download.
You can also set your internet settings to minimum.
