Is it possible to distribute PA in database of Football Manager 2012
I just downloaded the editor and I was curious to see the potential assigned to the young men from Liverpool who is considered to have a bright future, especially Raheem Sterling. I was a little disappointed that none of them were given a -10 (180-200 PA) rating. The highest value was -9 (AP 150-180). This means that it is unlikely that will become a world class player. But, I was so interested in knowing how many young people (under 18) players in the database were classified to -10. So we checked. One of the players in the entire world football is expected to be a world class player! Cannot be right. Can you do it?

There is one player under 18 expected to be plausibly universe class. How does this contrast with more seasoned players? I checked the database for all players (paying little respect to experience) with a PA >180. There are 54, running from experience 19-39.
