Which is best for Rage PS3 or XBOX 360
I memorize read somewhere a while back that were running at 60 FPS Rage on the 360, but having a tough time to get to 30 FPS on the PS3. Now that could have been for a few time, possibly early in development? Anyhow, I have not heard something new regarding it, so no news is good news? I have both systems, but having it in the PS3 with Internet access would be sweet. Who knows?

It has long been established that versions 3 and run at 60 fps. It was as well confirmed that the PS3 and Xbox 360 version runs at 60 fps in 1280x720. No modification in size. The information you enter 2 years ago.

This will be the same. I have PS3 and I always like when people say Xbox looks much better. They look the similar to me. I have heard the anger runs very nice on the PS3. Also on the Xbox. The only thing that scares me the ps3 is bugs. I have to admit that has been plagued by errors in some games, but overall the ps3 is great. Coming from IDS, I think you should be well. Anyway, the game will seems great in anything.

My biggest dilemma to choose ps3 or 360 is not that the hardware is better, but the subtle difference between them. The 360 can install everything, but no breaks in the action (type of load disks bother me in Mass Effect 2). The PS3 is not offended, but not the whole system either, but a big installation (8 GB if I remember properly). While the 360 can have better load times, once installed, I do not mind the extra wait if there is at least on the PS3. (Yes, I'm so lazy I prefer to wait and do nothing to change discs).

Here I have a question about this: If you're playing on the 360 and happen to walk into a place where only later in the game (if possible), you have to switch discs or do all of the disks the whole "world" is loaded in them, just different missions and dialogue for each part of the game?

It has already been indicated by Gstaff developers and the game was designed to work the same on all platforms, of course PC gamer will be able to adjust and get better performance, but the PS3 and 360 will be almost the same to its with almost all multiplatform games, and hardly ever take benefit of the strengths of each of the different systems.

The PC edition should be the best in image quality in a respectable team. Higher resolution, superior quality textures (possibly), superior anti-aliasing. But performance wise I think the consoles look to play as smooth at 60 fps. It is very hard, almost not possible to the extent that I am concerned, the notification frame rate over 60 FPS solid. As for consoles, it is at a standstill too early to say? Has it been established that the PS3 does not have a full installation alternative. If it does not (hope so - the man is my storage space on the right), I think the full install version 360 is a bit better to install part of the PS3, but only with respect to transmission of the texture (pop-up). Maybe a PS3 with a SSD hard drive could make a difference? I think the differences are rather insignificant, and trust that go do everything possible to ensure parity across platforms. I'll be interested to see the digital foundry Eurogamer is face to face, you're bound to make for rabies.

The responsiveness of the console is handled by the embedded firmware and hardware obsolete - no way how to optimize your game ID. ID software has been pushing a lot of vendors and manufacturers to solve their problems of shit.

No anti-aliasing on consoles. All technically very soon on consoles - there is no way to enter into discussions. If you ask me - PS3 is the way forward, but only if Sony will allow the complete installation. First no disk swapping. Secondly you have no HDD validation application (which is a big scam to 360) HDD of PS3 for the same price for the PC. Thirdly really has the ability to use SDD for PS3 - 360 raptors and no SSD for sale. Essentially 360 "Microsoft" brand hard drives are renamed Seagate and Western Digital, the same thing - but stick a different firmware fix the price of a 300% higher - scam pure and clean.

The secret of the 360 is Microsoft's new graphics cards has been installing and upgrading in the last year or two. Until Dead Space 2, launched on 25 January this year, my PS3 games seem superior. I bought 2 copies of Dead Space for Xbox 360 and 360 seem superior. This looks “darker” in the description PS3 not so much.

Rage was demonstrated in the 360 to E-3 in 2010 and there is a YouTube video showing the demo. G4 mischief Kevin says something to the effect that I cannot believe this is running on a 360.
