workaround for the crash in Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad Forums
This may be stating clear, but if you have an important person in your friends list that can in fact get into game, just join them unswervingly by clicking their name. You can also link the Red Orchestra HoS steam group, and click view all associates. You can then join them in game. This has been working for me 100% of the time. going around the server browser seems to be the key.

if for any of the motive you don’t have any friends you can begin updating the server list and at what time it hits 150 200 servers ore less discontinue your internet connections add the ones you want to favorites servers and jus reconnect to internet and go to your favorites servers and then you will be joining straight away. Join and one more thing! hit refresh in favorites after you have added the servers !

You can try out one solution here try making run the Redistributable file for the Unreal Engine situated in your RO2/Binaries/Windows folder. If you want to have an example of that lets take an example as :C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\redorchestra2beta\Bin aries\Windows . This wil be installing the whole thing RO 2 wants to run. If the game still shows problem in launching, try launching the executable straight not through steam. This will be resulting in a message displaying what actually the game is missing.

one more small resolution is to join a server via Instant Match, then favorite it When You are akin to play again on that similar server open Server Browser and rapidly navigate to favorites. If you're quick in your deeds You can join right away soon.

Yeah It did work for me thank Apalachee and other for their valuable suggestions.
