How to disable loading 3D Objects in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
I am having some problem with the 3D Objects that comes on the loading screen of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and if that starts anyhow then game runs without any issue. I want to ask that if there is some way to disable the feature by the times this issue is fixed by the developers.

What you can do is just set all the graphics settings to low and after that try to start the game. See, if this is showing you the same problem with the loading 3D Objects again. I don’t think that you will get that again.

Try to re-install the game to see if that can solve the issue for you. There are more chances that it will solve the issue for you. But before doing this, you should make sure that you have tried with all the possible solutions for this.
